Paolo Giannozzi	865f8b848e	CUDA Fortran replaced with OpenACC in qvan2 ... [skip-CI] qvan2_gpu, called in just tree places, re-written with OpenACC, plus some cleanup of similar routine dqvan2. Seems to work. Next steps: remove some more CUDA fortran from the three calling routines addusdens, addusforce, newd_gpu (in particular the latter); merge with non-GPU version.	2023-06-23 18:01:07 +02:00
