More installation cleanup / messup :
blas and lapack libraries are specified solely in BLAS_LIB and LAPACK_LIB, no more in MYLIB. A Lapack library is always compiled but used only if needed. Problem with conflicting essl/lapack on cineca sp5 solved (i hope) Re-run configure before complaining that nothing works ! git-svn-id: http://qeforge.qe-forge.org/svn/q-e/trunk/espresso@3435 c92efa57-630b-4861-b058-cf58834340f0
