Fix the coloring of the ``"iqx"`` and ``"iqx-dark"`` matplotlib color schemes,
which previously drew the :class:`.RZGate`, :class:`.RZZGate`, (multi-)controlled
:class:`.PhaseGate`\s and :class:`.iSwapGate` in the wrong color.
