Andrew Cross fd781e82cc Changed S and T gate behavior, fixed bugs. 
S and T gates and their inverses now print "s,sdg,t,tdg".
CompositeGate did not update self.data correctly.
Instruction did not return self in c_if().
Added test program test_st.py.
I decided to keep S, T of type CompositeGate for simplicity.
