**Parameters**
* **mode** (*str*) matrix or circuit
* **register** ([*QuantumRegister*](qiskit.circuit.QuantumRegister "qiskit.circuit.QuantumRegister")) register for circuit construction where eigenvalues will be stored.
**Returns**
object for the eigenvalue estimation circuit.
**Return type**

**Returns**
**object for of the inverted eigenvalue estimation**
