Runs the optimizer to try to solve the optimization problem.

The result of the optimizer applied to the problem.
**Raises**
[**QiskitOptimizationError**](qiskit.optimization.QiskitOptimizationError "qiskit.optimization.QiskitOptimizationError") If the problem is incompatible with the optimizer.
