Abstract Constraint Class.
Initializes the constraint.
**Parameters**
* **quadratic\_program** (`Any`) The parent QuadraticProgram.
* **name** (`str`) The name of the constraint.
* **sense** (`ConstraintSense`) The sense of the constraint.
* **rhs** (`float`) The right-hand-side of the constraint.
