Reid Kleckner 98a1266218 Put macro redefinition warnings under -Wmacro-redefined 
This is consistent with -Wbuiltin-macro-redefined, and puts this common
extension warning under a flag.

PCH Updating the capability attribute diagnostics to be more capability-neutral. Instead of using terminology such as "lock", "unlock" and "locked", the new terminology is "acquire", "release" and "held".
