Chandler Carruth 772c88b887 Switch to WeakVHs in the value mapper, and aggressively prune dead basic ... blocks in the function cloner. This removes the last case of trivially dead code that I've been seeing in the wild getting inlined, analyzed, re-inlined, optimized, only to be deleted. libcxxabi	I would really like to write the handlers in terms of C++11 atomics. This would give us the best performance, portablity, and safety tradeoff. Unfortunately I can not yet do that.
