Chandler Carruth 10700aad85 Prepare LLVM to fix PR14625, exposing a hook in MCContext to manage the compilation directory. This defaults to the current working directory, just as it always has, but now an assembler can choose to override it with a custom directory. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
