Alexander Kornienko 857b10f471 Make ArgumentAdjuster aware of the current file being processed. 
Summary:
This is needed to handle per-project configurations when adding extra
arguments in clang-tidy for example.

RefactoringCallbacksTest.cpp Rename AST node matchers to match the AST node names directly. Part of this rename also splits recordDecl() (which used to match CXXRecordDecl) into recordDecl() (that matches RecordDecl) and cxxRecordDecl (that matches CXXRecordDecl).
