Ben Langmuir 1daf480146 Diagnose timeouts in the LockFileManager and delete the dead lock file If the lock file manager times out, we should give an error rather than silently trying to load the existing module. And delete the (presumably) dead lock file, since it will otherwise prevent progress in future invokations. This is unsound since we have no way to prove that the lock file we are deleting is the same one we timed out on, but since the lock is only to avoid excessive rebuilding anyway it should be okay. Welcome to Clang.  This is a compiler front-end for the C family of languages
(C, C++, Objective-C, and Objective-C++) which is built as part of the LLVM
compiler infrastructure project.

Unlike many other compiler frontends, Clang is useful for a number of things
beyond just compiling code: we intend for Clang to be host to a number of
different source-level tools.  One example of this is the Clang Static Analyzer.

If you're interested in more (including how to build Clang) it is best to read
the relevant web sites.  Here are some pointers:
