Replace the 'final' keyword with 'LLVM_FINAL' as GCC 4.6 doesn't support

the keyword.
If anyone cares deeply about the final optimizations with GCC, we might
want to add a version test to the LLVM definition, but I'm perfectly
happy with this just only firing under Clang and modern MSVC builds.

Fix the build with libstdc++ v4.6 on Linux by supplying an explicit move

assignment operator. There is an issue where classes with deleted copy
constructors and user defined move constructors end up with an
implicitly deleted copy constructor that is selected instead of the
implicit move constructor. This is a bit of a hack, but it allows me to
build LLD in a bootstrap with libstdc++ which is my primary goal.

* Adds loop to SectionChunk::write traverse references calling the
writer's fixup handler, applyFixup.
* Adds method, ELFWriter::buildAtomToAddressMap to that creates a
mapping from an atom to its runtime address.
* Adds method, ELFWriter::addressOfAtom to return the runtime address
of the atom.

Although the code is not valid to begin with. It is trying to do a raw memory
copy of a non standard-layout type. nameoffset is not guaranteed to directly
follow cmdsize.
This should be properly fixed.

Rework how Darwin executable writer finds "main" atom. It now

Add first linker pass (StubsPass) which looks for calls to shared library
symbols and replaces them with calls to a StubAtom. On ELF system, a "stub"
is a PLT entry. Added a simple test case.
Pass a Platform object to YAML reader and writer for converting fixup kinds
between names and values.
Change output of Resolver to be a File object instead of a vector of Atoms.
Thus, passes operate on a File instead of just Atoms.
Rework how to walk through a File's Atoms. Now iterator based instead of
a method that visits each atom.
