Fixed a block regression caused by trying to use
an existing ir for load of a bock variable. This cannot be
done across basic blocks.
Fixes radar 8064140.

Patch to remove arbitrary imporation of 'self' into
a block without it being used. This causes over release
of objects in certain runtime-senitive apps.
(fixes radar 7581175).
