Steve Naroff	09bf815f89	The goal of this commit is to get just enough Sema support to recognize Objective-C classes ... as types. That said, the AST nodes ObjcInterfaceDecl, ObjcInterfaceType, and ObjcClassDecl are *very* preliminary.
