Eli Friedman	1b7fc154a5	Fix for PR2164: allow transforming arbitrary-width unsigned divides into multiplies. Some more cleverness would be nice, though. It would be nice if we could do this transformation on illegal types. Dan Gohman	9a69341725	Don't lower srem/urem X%C to X-X/C*C unless the division is actually optimized. This avoids creating illegal divisions when the combiner is running after legalize; this fixes PR1815.
