Update a number of CodeGen tests to not create .ll files in the test
directory.
- Removed .ll from the svn:ignore lists to try and prevent this.
- Added svn:ignore on test/Misc/Output

Don't include complex.h or tgmath.h for this test; they aren't needed,
and including tgmath.h causes the test to fail for no good reason.
