[libcxx] Remove unused macro _LIBCPP_HAS_UNIQUE_TYPEINFO 

Summary:
We already have the negation of that as _LIBCPP_HAS_NONUNIQUE_TYPEINFO.
Having both defined is confusing, since only one of them is used.
