Rename -Wmsvc-include to -Wmicrosoft-include, now that -Wmicrosoft is split up.

(Keep -Wmsvc-include around as an alias.)

While here, also replace the one other mention of "MSVC" in diagnostics with
"Microsoft", for consistency.
