Warning flag updates: 

-Wdiv-by-zero may as well be an alias for -Wdivision-by-zero rather than a GCC-compatibility no-op.
-Wno-shadow should disable -Wshadow-ivar.
-Weffc++ may as well enable -Wnon-virtual-dtor like it does in GCC.
