Replace `yes` command by `while-echo` in test `tests/ui/process/process-sigpipe.rs`
The `yes` command is not available on all platforms.

- The `echo` command is `/proc/boot/echo` (not built-in)
- `/bin/sh` is a symlink to `/proc/boot/ksh`
