use secure (https://) URLs where supported (#23443) and not redirected to insecure. use secure URLs after manual verification That includes some _homepages_ which may redirect to insecure prototol, but since redirection is done visibly inside a browser, it happens with the knowledge of the reader. use secure URLs more after re-running the script and manually verifying some homepage suspects.
