Add mattr- slate fork Ref https://github.com/caskroom/homebrew-cask/issues/9648 Can't find a way to get latest version with a github release link (and I think it's not possible due to the fact that release can't get any file type).

Fix checksum in mattr-/Slate.app Cask I've used `shasum` instead `shasum -a 256` when I did #9756 This time it should be good. Sorry for that !
