Port to glib/gtk+ 2.0 episode I (every segfault has it's beginning)
* configure.in: require glib/gtk+ >= 1.3.7, commented out the
gtkxmhtml stuff.
From now on, you will need glib, pango, atk and gtk+ HEAD from CVS
to hack or use GIMP HEAD.
Beware, it crashes randomly :)

- Changed the return type of the *_recalc functions to "void"
instead of "void *" and the return type of the *_transform
functions to "TileManager *" instead of "void *".
(I probably removed an artefact here because all *_recalc
functions returned "(void *) 1").
- Use gboolean instead of int where appropriate.
- Code cleanup, indentation.
