	* app/dialogs/image-properties-dialog.[ch]: a dialog keeping the
	widget.

	* app/widgets/gimphelp-ids.h: a help ID for the dialog.

	* app/actions/image-actions.c
	* app/actions/image-commands.[ch]
	* menus/image-menu.xml.in: action and menu entry for the dialog.
