zoom_in and zoom_out cursors.

minor fixes.
* app/magnify.[ch]: made the zoom_in/zoom_out toggle a proper
tool_toggle and show cursors for the two modes.
* plug-ins/print/print-util.c: patch from Robert Kravitz which
fixes printing layers with alpha.
