Change licence to GPLv3 (and to LGPLv3 for libgimp).
Cleaned up some copyright headers and regenerated the parsers in
the ImageMap plugin.

Added persistent storage of image grid in XCF files.

gimp_image_set_grid() ...

files. Added gimp_grid_parasite_name(), gimp_grid_to_parasite()
and gimp_grid_from_parasite() functions.
