only there because of buggy gtk+ 1.2.x. Cosmetic changes.

sizeof(array)/sizeof(element).
* app/gui/menus.c: more stock icons, moved the item_factory
creation into the menus_get_foo_factory() functions, use
G_N_ELEMENTS(). This file badly needs to be spit up...

Port to glib/gtk+ 2.0 episode I (every segfault has it's beginning)
* configure.in: require glib/gtk+ >= 1.3.7, commented out the
gtkxmhtml stuff.
From now on, you will need glib, pango, atk and gtk+ HEAD from CVS
to hack or use GIMP HEAD.
Beware, it crashes randomly :)
