* app/tools/tool_manager.[ch]: GimpToolInfo wants a stock_id and a
pre-rendered GdkPixbuf instead of ugly icon_data now. Added some
workarounds until GimpPreview is a GtkImage and uses GdkPixbuf
instead of TempBuf.
