These actions raise a GimpViewableDialog. For this to work, I made this
widget work with a list of GimpViewable, not a single viewable anymore
(so maybe the widget class name should change?).
When this list contains only a single GimpViewable, it will display
exactly like before, with a viewable preview. With several viewables,
the preview won't show.
This allows to add masks to all selected layers at once, with the same
basic options for all masks, as set in the dialog.
Instead, provide a custom GimpAddMaskCallback, connect to "response"
internally and call the callback. Takes clutter out of layers-commands.c.
Also attach the dialog to the layer so we don't show multiple add
mask dialogs. Should do the same to all dialogs with public structs,
the custom callback approach keep things more encapsulated.

Allow to initialize a new layer mask with any of the image's
channels. Fixes bug #310207.

value GIMP_ADD_CHANNEL_MASK.

image's channels.
* app/actions/layers-commands.c (layers_add_mask_response): pass
the channel selected in the menu to gimp_layer_create_mask().
* tools/pdbgen/pdb/layer.pdb (layer_create_mask): use the image's
active channel when GIMP_ADD_CHANNEL_MASK is passed. Fail if there
is no active channel.
