* cursors/Makefile.am
* cursors/*.png: added PNG version of all cursors.
* cursors/gimp-tool-cursors.xcf: reordered and renamed all layers
to match the new PNG filenames.
* app/widgets/gimpcursor.[ch]: create cursors with alpha and color
if the GdkDisplay supports it. Fall back to the old stuff
otherwise.
