Port to glib/gtk+ 2.0 episode I (every segfault has it's beginning)

gtkxmhtml stuff.
From now on, you will need glib, pango, atk and gtk+ HEAD from CVS
to hack or use GIMP HEAD.
Beware, it crashes randomly :)
