The pointer is now grabbed right before dispatching the button_press to the tool and ungrabbed after the tool's button_release has returned. Added a default implementation of gimp_tool_cursor_update() which uses the new fields. Added gimp_tool_set_cursor() as simple wrapper around the resp. GimpDisplayShell functions so tools don't need to know them.
