pygimp: fixes creation of GroupLayer objects
Calling gimp.GrouLayer(...) directly was broken - (one could retrieve a layer group from the image or use the pdb call to get it working) Spotted by Markus Orreilly at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12608210/
