discovered.
* Fix srand/srandom and rand/random confusion in plugins
* Fix megawidget link ordering in deinterlace, emboss, hot, nlfilt,
sinus, and waves plugins
* configure: SunOS 4 SEEK_* and RAND_MAX defines
* configure: check for regex library presence
