plug-ins: Add export support for PAM files

Exports the following PAM formats: 
GRAYSCALE, GRAYSCALE_ALPHA, RGB, RGB_ALPHA.
As with import, the main difference is the header and transparency.
Raw PPM export code is reused for the actual data.
