Bug 747407 - Update use of gimp-desaturate PDB.

gimp-desaturate and gimp-brightness-contrast usage
replaced with gimp-drawable-* based calls.

gimp-drawable-desaturate calls updated to use
desaturate mode (DESATURATE-LIGHTNESS) where it
was not specified.

gimp-drawble-brightness-contrast values scaled from
previous -127/+127 range to current -0.5/0.5 range.
