Added the possibility to show/hide the scrollbars. * app/display/gimpdisplayshell.[ch]: added struct GimpDisplayShellVisibility which stores the GUI components' visibility. Added two such structs to the GimpDisplayShell struct: one for normal mode and one for fullscreen mode. Default to "everything invisible" for fullscreen.
