build: Add pedagogic README towards 'gimp-macos-build' repo It's not obvious (when browsing in the repo) where the macOS files are. Now, that we have one folder per OS, this became desirable for clarity.

macOS build files are not stored here yet.
They are in: [gimp-macos-build](https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/gimp-macos-build) repo.
